With over 45 years of experience in construction management and property oversight, Steve brings a trained eye for identifying visible issues and understanding how homes perform over time—especially in a mountain environment.
Steve’s background includes custom home construction, project management, and overseeing municipal facilities for Routt County. His experience allows him to recognize potential concerns early and provide homeowners with clear, accurate updates.
As a homeowner and property manager himself, Steve understands the importance of trust, communication, and reliability when it comes to caring for your property.
